For those that:

  1. Have taken vitamin K2-MK4, with supporting nutrients magnesium, A and D, for more than 3 months.

  2.  Are beginning/learning or already eating a nutrient dense diet, rich in meat, eggs and dairy from 100% pastured animals, with ample fruits and vegetables.

  3. Are getting adequate vitamin D primarily from noonday sunlight while minimizing D3 supplementation (target is 8000 IU/day ).

Once a diet with adequate fat soluble nutrients is firmly established, and ample vitamin D is available via the lifestyle, the body can easily handle and needs additional calcium.  On such a diet, vitamin K2-MK4 requirements are reduced, while vitamin A requirements are eliminated.
